Immigration Business Development Specialist

• Lead Generation:

  Generate high-quality leads for immigration services (e.g., LMIA, PNP, PR, Study Visa) through targeted outreach, seminars, digital campaigns, referrals, and local networking.

• Client Qualification:

  Pre-screen client profiles to assess eligibility for different Canadian immigration programs based on IRCC criteria.

• Consultation Coordination:

  Schedule and support initial consultations with immigration advisors/lawyers and follow up to ensure successful onboarding.

• Market Research:

  Monitor immigration policy changes, identify regional trends, competitor services, and untapped markets (e.g., working professionals, students, entrepreneurs).

• Relationship Management:

  Build trust with clients through regular engagement, addressing queries, and aligning them with suitable programs (AIP, SINP, Spousal Sponsorship, etc.).

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with case officers, legal teams, and marketing staff to ensure smooth handover and documentation support.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales funnel updates, and monthly performance dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or study abroad counseling

  is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Canadian immigration programs such as LMIA, PNP, Express Entry, Study Visa, and Business Immigration.
• Proven track record in

  lead generation and sales conversion

  within a regulated services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or Gujarati is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms for outreach.
