Job Title: IBM BAW Developer / Consultant

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled IBM BAW Developer/Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience in developing and managing business process applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying BPM solutions, integrating systems, and optimizing workflow efficiency for enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop workflow applications using IBM BAW (including BPM and Case Management).
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Implement end-to-end business processes, UI components, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.).
  
• Configure and maintain process applications, human services, coaches, and dashboards.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for BAW solutions in production.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), BPM v8.6+, or IBM Case Manager.
  
• Proficiency in process design, Coach UI, JavaScript, and REST API integrations.
  
• Experience in developing reusable components, toolkits, and services within BAW.
  
• Good understanding of BPMN standards and business process modeling.
  
• Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server, databases (DB2/Oracle), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to IBM FileNet, ODM, or other IBM Automation suite components.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for BAW deployments.
  
• Agile/Scrum project experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
