HVAC Sales Manager

Dear Candidate :

We are looking for "HVAC Sales Manager"

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Own and achieve revenue targets for Digital & Connected Services solutions across verticals (HVAC, data centres, pharma, etc.).
• Identify new business opportunities, create and nurture leads through consultative selling.
• Engage with OEMs, EPCs, HVAC consultants, and end-users to drive solution adoption.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital offerings.
• Work closely with regional sales teams to support key account conversion.

Solution Selling & Technical Support

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored connected service solutions using Company digital technologies.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and product demos for prospective clients.
• Design and propose HVAC and ventilation systems integrated with digital monitoring, analytics, and predictive maintenance features.
• Collaborate with application engineering for detailed proposal development and ROI calculations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of combined experience in technical sales, solution selling, or application engineering – preferably in HVAC, data centre cooling, or smart building systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and air movement systems, particularly EC fans, sensor integration, and connected solutions.
• Proven success in B2B industrial or OEM sales environments.
• Ability to sell to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
• Desirable: Familiarity with IoT platforms, BACnet/MODBUS, cloud connectivity, and building automation protocols.
