We are a fast-growing company operating across Mumbai and Bangalore, focused on delivering excellence through a motivated and capable team. We're looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join us at our Nerul, Navi Mumbai office and take charge of end-to-end hiring as well as day-to-day HR operations for both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Assist in performance evaluation processes and feedback collection.

- Address day-to-day HR-related queries and grievances.

- Coordinate with external vendors for background verification, training, and compliance.

- Office HR Operations

- Support HR functions for both Mumbai (on-site) and Bangalore (remote coordination) offices.

- Ensure a positive and engaging work environment across both locations.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and monthly HR reviews.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (internships will be considered).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

- Proficient with MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, ATS is a plus).

- Willingness to occasionally travel to the Bangalore office, if required.

Why Join Us?

- Exposure to managing HR for two major offices.

- Opportunity to take ownership and grow quickly in your HR career.
