Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional with over 2 years of experience in recruitment and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and supporting day-to-day HR functions at our Agra office.

Key Responsibilities:-

Recruitment:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Post job openings on various platforms and handle job advertisements
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and talent pipeline

HR Operations:

• Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
• Manage onboarding and exit formalities
• Coordinate induction and training sessions for new joiners
• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Draft letters such as offer, confirmation, and experience letters
• Ensure timely updating of employee records in HRMS

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with HRMS or recruitment tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR domain
