About the Role:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of

  HR operations

  including employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration, and policy execution.
• Design, review, and implement

  Compensation & Benefits structures

  , ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on

  HR audits, internal controls

  , and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and monitor HR documentation, records, and reports for audit readiness and transparency.
• Act as the point of contact for all employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams on payroll inputs, tax compliance, and benefits administration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of overall HR experience

  , with

  at least 5 years in the IT Services industry

  .
• Strong background in

  HR operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance

  .
• Proven ability to handle a multi-functional HR role independently.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory obligations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools/systems and MS Office suite.
