About the Internship

We are currently seeking Human Resources (HR) Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a professional setting. If you're enthusiastic about people management, recruitment, and HR practices, this internship will be a valuable opportunity.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying hiring needs and executing recruitment plans

Manage sourcing channels for candidate search

Screen applications and help coordinate interviews

Communicate with candidates and team members

Assist with documentation and onboarding processes

Support training and development programs

Help with performance management and HR policy implementation

Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms

Requirements & Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Prior experience or coursework in HR or related areas is a plus
