Human Resources Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various human resource functions within our growing real estate company. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in HR who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for real estate, property management, and support roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Help organize and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Support internal communication efforts, such as newsletters or employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Help ensure compliance with HR policies and real estate industry standards.
• Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Detail-oriented and well- Organized.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
