Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience across key HR functions including administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning HR practices and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support the preparation of HR documents and reports.
Help ensure processes follow company policies and standards.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting jobs and screening candidate resumes.
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
Respond to basic employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
Participate in organizing engagement activities and internal communication.
Performance Support:
Assist in tracking employee performance review schedules.
Support the coordination of training sessions and feedback collection.
HR Projects:
Get involved in ongoing HR improvement initiatives.
Help implement new HR tools, templates, and processes.
Compliance and Reporting:
Support HR team in documentation and audit readiness.
Help monitor adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Interest in HR processes and organizational development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
1. This internship is work from office.
2. A Permanent Placement Opportunity (PPO) will be offered based on performance after three to six months.
