What You’ll Do: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment to bring the best talent on board and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. HR Strategy: Develop and refine HR policies and initiatives that align with our company goals. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships and maintain a supportive workplace culture. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to address critical HR matters and support strategic decision-making. Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
