Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Handle day-to-day HR operations and support onboarding processes.


Manage and maintain employee documentation and records.


Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.


Assist in managing conveyance arrangements and employee travel logistics.


Support administrative tasks such as office maintenance and vendor coordination.


Provide assistance in payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and updating employee data.


Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits and reporting as required.


Draft and release various official letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related communications.



Joining: Immediate

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5.5 days a week


Monday to Friday: Full day


Saturday: Half day
