Roles and Responsibilities:

Office Admin:

Visitors and Guests Management

Oversee the office hygiene

Community Kitchen

Ø Manage and upkeep the food forest area, gardens around the Community Kitchen, Consumers engagement area and other facility areas.

Ø Ensuring Clean and Hygienic food preparation, dining, and rest room areas

Ø Maintaining monthly canteen MIS to track cost and usage of Community Kitchen

Ø Run cost conscious Community Kitchen operations and with checks and balances put in place with monthly MIS

Ø Proactively and based on employee feedback and curate the food menu.

Ø Maintain Adequate and Consistent supply of groceries, greens and vegetables.

· Drive sourcing of groceries, greens and vegetables from local farmers and suppliers Manage Community Kitchen staff through a rooster system and based on requirements of plant operations.

· Briefing on value of food, physical distance maintenance and other protocols of canteen.

· Address Community Kitchen-related issues encompassing hospitality, environment, health, safety, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functioning.

· Develop and implement Community Kitchen maintenance plans to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality
