Interview Scheduling: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and providing candidates with all necessary details. Candidate Engagement: Answering candidate queries regarding job roles, company culture, and the recruitment process. Follow-up: Following up with candidates after interviews to provide feedback or job updates. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and assessments in a database. Generating Leads: Identifying and qualifying potential candidates for job openings. Maintaining Positive Relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Meeting Targets: Contributing to the team's performance by meeting recruitment targets. Essential Skills: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with candidates.
