Role Overview:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates

    through job portals, social media, internal referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments

    to evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Coordinate interviews

    between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Maintain

    daily and weekly MIS reports

    on hiring progress and share regular updates with the business team.
  • Assist in

    offer roll-outs, joining formalities, and pre-onboarding engagement

    .
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and manpower planning.
  • Maintain a

    great candidate experience

    and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 0.6 – 3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in sales or volume hiring).
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High energy, ownership, and willingness to learn and grow.
