Position Overview We are seeking a multi-functional executive to support our human resource operations, internal coordination tasks, and digital outreach efforts. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute across multiple functions in the solar energy sector , and who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (Solar Workforce Coordination) Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, especially for solar field and technical roles Manage employee records, attendance systems, and compliance documentation Collaborate with training institutions (e.g., ITIs) for OJT programs in solar installation and maintenance Support internal HR communications and team engagement Internal Operations & Data Reporting Prepare reports, project documentation, MIS, and performance trackers for ongoing solar projects Maintain internal records related to procurement, execution, and logistics Support inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth project workflows Digital Outreach & Branding Assist in managing the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Coordinate basic content creation and visuals related to solar projects, client success stories, and educational posts Track digital engagement metrics and support ongoing brand visibility campaigns Candidate Requirements Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Prior experience (1–4 years) in HR/Admin/Marketing roles, preferably in solar, engineering, or technical sectors Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with design tools like Canva is an advantage Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
