Job Title: HR Recruiter + Operations Executive + Marketing & Sales Coordinator Location: Charni Road. Job Type: Full-Time Fresher + Experience preferred. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a HR Recruiter + Operations Executive + Marketing & Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting daily business operations, and driving marketing and sales activities to boost company growth. This is a multi-functional position ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Human Resources & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms. Maintain a database of potential candidates and build talent pipelines. Maintain day to day attendance record. 2. Operations Management: Assist in daily operational tasks including logistics, procurement, and administration. Monitor workflow efficiency and help optimize processes. Support vendor and client coordination activities. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations. Generate and analyze operational reports for performance tracking. 3. Marketing & Sales: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline). Manage social media platforms and create content calendars. Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional materials. Handle client inquiries and follow up on sales leads. Help prepare sales proposals and presentations. Maintain CRM systems and track customer engagement metrics. Need to do Field + Inside Sales.
