Position: HR Manager Location : Palwal, Haryana Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 CTC Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 4 to 10 years Working Days : 6 days a week About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Palwal. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in recruitment and compliance, with excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end HR functions effectively. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Payroll : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Compliance Management : Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Address employee queries related to compliance and implement necessary updates to stay compliant. HR Operations : Oversee employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, performance reviews, and exit formalities. Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate grievance resolution. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making. Communication and Coordination : Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and operations. Effectively communicate company policies and procedures across the organization, ensuring they are understood and followed. Requirements Education : A graduate degree in any discipline. Experience : Proven experience (5 years) in recruitment, Payroll and HR compliance. Skills : Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus.
