Position: HR Manager cum Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bandra west Mumbai

Experience: 10 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday- Flexible environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions
• Partner with department heads to forecast talent needs and workforce planning
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives using job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other channels
• Conduct screening, interviews, and evaluations to ensure cultural and competency fit
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance protocols
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies
• Oversee performance appraisal processes, feedback systems, and employee development programs
• Maintain HR MIS, recruitment metrics, and hiring dashboards for reporting and insights
• Coordinate internal communications and manage grievance resolution tactfully
• Liaise with external consultants and recruitment agencies as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in HR management and full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office suite
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with high integrity and adaptability

CTC: upto INR 17,00,000 LPA

Joining: Immediate only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
