The ideal candidate will ensure smooth deployment of manpower, maintain strong client relations, and ensure compliance with all operational and administrative requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily site visits to ensure operational efficiency and personnel performance. Coordinate and arrange deployment of manpower, including Security Guards and Housekeeping Staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interaction and support. Ensure timely submission of all reports and returns as required by both the client and internal management (monthly/quarterly). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strategic B2B relationships, and generating revenue in both public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients in Security and Housekeeping manpower outsourcing. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and admin heads. Handle end-to-end business development including pitching, proposal submission, pricing, and closure. Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
