HR Manager

Location: Target Innovations, Zuarinagar – South Goa, Vasco da Gama
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 5–8 years (preferred in manufacturing or industrial environment)
Salary: As per experience and interview performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements
• Handle payroll processing, attendance systems, and HR documentation
• Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture
• Manage performance appraisal processes and training development initiatives
• Resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and support audits
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and development

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in payroll software and MS Office
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
