As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and lead our people-first culture. Role Summary: As the HR Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You’ll play a critical role in building a high-performing team, shaping our work culture, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle. Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs. Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Maintain HR systems, records, and documentation. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop training programs and career development initiatives. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR managerial or generalist role. Experience in a tech or fintech company is preferred. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
