Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about HR functions and processes and will assist with day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and data management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates Maintain and update employee records in the HR system Support onboarding and offboarding processes Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events Prepare HR-related reports as needed Support payroll processing and leave/attendance tracking (if required) Assist with policy communication and compliance documentation Participate in HR projects and initiatives Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion What You Will Learn: Practical experience in core HR functions Exposure to HR systems and processes Hands-on involvement in recruitment and employee lifecycle management Professional work etiquette in a corporate environmen Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: HR Fresher : 1 year (Required) HR Intern: 1 year (Required) Fluent English : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
