HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
• Help manage job postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and others
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Participate in employee engagement and communication initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation
• Learn and apply basic HR policies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a remote, team-oriented environment
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HRMS, ATS)
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR processes
• Social media awareness for employer branding and outreach
