Role Description

This role for an HR Intern at Filo. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks. The role involves supporting the HR team with day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall HR functions of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Enrolled in or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
