Job Description Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support payroll and benefits administration tasks, if required. Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions.
