HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement activities, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist with maintaining HR records and reports
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
