Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment & Admin Support)Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The intern should have good communication skills in English, basic understanding of recruitment processes, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or any HRMS tool will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates as per job requirements. Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates. Learn and support operations on Zoho Recruit and HR databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records. Provide administrative support to the HR team and senior managers. Participate in HR initiatives like onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate student or fresher with interest in HR. Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written). Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
