Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining and motivating and coaching employees.
● Source, screen, call, follow-up and maintain database & report of the prospective candidates as per the requirement of the Company.
● Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and other Company information, policies and operations.
● Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all Local, State and Country Laws and Company policies and standards.
● Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (eg, interview documents, employee credentials etc).
● Respond to questions, requests and concerns from Employees and Management regarding Company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
● Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities and personnel policies and programs.
● Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations and issues including resolution and follow-up and assist and support Management and the Leadership Team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
● Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support teams to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
● Follow all Company and Safety and Security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Management and Leadership Team.
● Assist the Management and Leadership Team in logistics, administration and scheduling of Employee Trainings and Surveys.
● Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and uphold Company standards.
● Enter and locate work-related information using computers and other electronic and digital media.
● Any other Tasks not listed above but assigned by the Management from time to time.
Required Skills:
● Proficiency and prior experience in working with Google Apps. KEKA HRMS Platform and MS Office mandatory.
● Prior experience in IT Resource hiring mandatory.
● Prior Work Experience in similar role preferred.
● Prior Work Experience in IT Consulting and Services Organization preferred.
● Fluency in Written and Spoken English mandatory. Conversational capability in Hindi and Bengali is a plus.
● Ability to be a team player and take feedback positively and in a constructive manner.
● Ability to self-organize and take-up office administrative work as per Company Policies.
● Undergo Trainings and Certifications as required and mandated by Management.
