HR Executive – Media & Talent Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive with a strong grasp of the media and entertainment industry, passionate about managing creative talent and supporting a high-energy team environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, artist/staff coordination, and talent management while ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, media-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for roles across media production, creative, digital, and marketing teams
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of editors, designers, writers, influencers, and production crew
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and close open positions efficiently
  • Coordinate with freelance and contractual talent; maintain updated rosters

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage employee records, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll teams
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle contracts and documentation for freelancers and project-based hires

3. Media Talent Coordination

  • Maintain up-to-date databases of influencers, actors, editors, and other creative professionals
  • Assist in managing contracts, NDAs, and project agreements
  • Coordinate artist availability, bookings, and provide shoot/event support
  • Help in planning schedules for artists and staff for media shoots and events

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Support internal communications, employee recognition, and creative engagement initiatives
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities, workshops, and off-site events
  • Foster a collaborative and energetic workplace culture tailored to media professionals

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably within media, digital, or entertainment industries)
  • Familiarity with managing creative talent and project-based teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management tools

Job Type: Full-time
