HR Executive (Male/Female)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 0–1 Year Qualification: MBA / BE / B.Tech / Graduate (Any Stream)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about team building, recruitment, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activities
  • Plan and schedule meetings, team events, and internal communications
  • Handle data entry, documentation, and basic HR reporting
  • Contribute to policy implementation, compliance, and workplace culture initiatives

️ Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of HR functions like hiring, planning, and team coordination
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
