Job Description:

We are looking for an active and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive (Generalist) with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing data, handling IT asset management, and overseeing HR and administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and manage HR data, employee records, and documentation accurately.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and ensure data accuracy in HRMS.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity) and coordinate with consultants/vendors.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
  • Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and managing job postings when needed.

Admin & Operations Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including vendor management and office facility operations.
  • Handle IT asset management – issuance, tracking, retrieval, and maintaining asset inventory records.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping of IT assets such as laptops, dongles, headphones, and other equipment.
  • Manage ticket bookings (flights, trains, hotels) for employees and leadership.
  • Maintain petty cash records, track office expenses, and coordinate with accounts for vendor payments.
  • Liaise with service providers for housekeeping, maintenance, courier, and facility management.
  • Oversee AMC renewals, utility payments, and general upkeep of the office infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist and admin roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), data management, and HR/administrative tools.
  • Strong ability to multitask, manage data efficiently, and work proactively.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and basic bookkeeping is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
