Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and responsible HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment life cycles and support key HR operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HRMS tasks – attendance, leaves, and data updates
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training
• Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations
• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain internal databases

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Operations)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with HR tools and hiring portals
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
