If you thrive on juggling interviews, spreadsheets, and meaningful conversations with candidates—while carving out your own career path—this role is built for you. What you’ll do Candidate outreach & experience (about half your week) Source, contact, and pre-screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals. Schedule interviews, brief hiring managers, and keep applicants in the loop. Cultivate “warm” talent communities for future openings. People data & reporting Build and update tracking sheets in Excel or Google Sheets for requisitions, interview stages, onboarding tasks, PTO, and compliance documents. Produce weekly dashboards on hiring velocity, funnel metrics. Operations & onboarding support Draft offer letters, run background checks, and coordinate Day-One logistics. Act as the first point of contact for new-hire paperwork, HRIS updates, and policy questions.
