Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, documentation, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Prepare and update HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, etc.)
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
• Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation
• Coordinate with various departments for HR-related matters
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years in HR/Admin
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
