Maintain and organize company documentation (contracts, licenses, legal files). Ensure smooth execution of internal meetings and company events. Supervise office support staff (housekeeping, front desk, courier, etc.). Handle EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) registrations, monthly filings, and related compliance. Liaise with statutory bodies and consultants for labor law compliance and inspections.
