Job Description

. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As an HR Admin at TKSA Services Pvt Ltd, your role will encompass the following responsibilities: 1. Team Management: You will be responsible for managing your own team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing support and guidance to achieve team goals. 2. Client Acquisition: You will play an active role in the client acquisition process, including initiating contact, following up with potential clients, and closing deals as required. 3. Performance Accountability: You will be accountable for the overall performance of your team, including setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. 4. Communication & Outreach: You are expected to make Calls and WhatsApp messages per day* to prospective clients as part of our business development and outreach efforts. 5. Recruitment Support: You may also be required to assist with recruitment activities, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires when needed. 6. End-of-Day (EOD) Report: You must submit an End-of-Day (EOD) report detailing the day's work and outcomes. This report is mandatory and must be submitted by the close of business each day. Non-submission of the EOD report will be considered as unauthorized absence for the day, and appropriate action may be taken as per company policy.
