Job Description

Detailed Job Description; 1. Prepare detailed HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting techniques. 2. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to create accurate HVAC system layouts, equipment schedules, and related technical drawings. 3. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives and develop Project schedule 4. Ensure that HVAC drawings adhere to company standards, local building codes, and industry regulations, HVAC standard to be followed. 5. Incorporate design changes, updates, and feedback into existing drawings as necessary. 6. Review and analyze technical data, including equipment specifications, calculations, and load requirements. 7. Coordinate with other departments, such as installation teams and Site supervisor, purchasing, and sales, to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects, timely work at site. 8. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including material lists, cost estimates, and construction schedules, site planning Schedules. 9. Maintain organized files and records of drawings, revisions, and project documents. 10. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in air conditioning systems to continuously improve drafting practices. Show more Show less
