Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sr. HVAC Design Engineer. The Sr. HVAC Design Engineer will be responsible for designing HVAC systems, conducting plumbing and mechanical calculations, and ensuring systems meet industry standards. The role involves collaborating with architects, designers, suppliers, and project managers to deliver efficient and reliable HVAC solutions. The engineer will also participate in project planning and management, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems, and provide support during the execution phase of projects. Job Description: We are hiring a dedicated HVAC Design Engineer with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves end-to-end involvement in HVAC system design, coordination with internal teams, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop HVAC designs including heat load calculations, duct and piping layouts, and equipment selection. Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings. Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams for integrated design delivery. Ensure compliance with ISHRAE, ASHRAE, NBC, and project-specific codes. Support senior engineers and attend design review meetings as required. Required Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of hands-on HVAC design experience. Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit, HAP/Trace knowledge is a plus. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and design standards. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
