As sales/pre-sales head, for these NextGen solutions, the role is responsible for driving solutions sales in SMB segment. The person will be responsible for setting and achieving the Revenue and Sales targets for the cloud & platform services. Role is expected to collaborate with the regional sales team to develop the opportunity funnel and take control till the deal is closed with deal margins in line with the annual operating plan. Person will also lead a team of solutions specialists in identified areas like cloud infra, cyber security, M365, managed services, CPaaS and CCaaS
1. Annual Revenue, Profits & Logo Penetration in line with assigned regional operating plan
2. Cross-sell/Up-Sell into the base or newly acquired customers.
3. Drive win ratio in new opportunities (hunting) generated by sales team.
4. Proactive funnel generation, funnel movement & deal closure
5. Sales strategies and methods specific to driving profitable business growth in the region
1. PG in any Field & B. Tech (Computer Science, Electronics etc.)
2. Total Experience: 14-18 Years.
3. The leader is expected to be like a “playing captain” and technical competent to manage customer conversations.
4. Capability to develop Cloud Based solution, Increase Cloud adoption & transformation and drive penetration of Omni channels
5. Capable of handling technical talent
6. Making the team self-sufficient to pitch the solution and win the deal.
7. Candidate is expected to work with OEM sales and architects wherever required to win the business.
8. While overall sales program management skill is needed but more focus should be on the technical superiority of the team.
9. 10 + years of experience in handling Team
10. 5+ Years of experience as a Team Lead/Business Unit head in Cloud, Datacenter, SaaS, CCaaS or CPaaS solutions.
11. Must have good SaaS/Cloud/CPaaS/CCaaS Knowledge and cloud certification.
12. Knowledge of different IT Platforms/Tools
13. Good knowledge of at least 3 cloud products and services
14. Knowledge of Techno-commercial technical understanding and Solution Consulting of Sizing/planning/prerequisites for specific products
15. Has Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People Leadership, Assertiveness, Business Acumen, Coaching Skills
