JobSummary:

Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the sales function, with a focus on OEM business development and client retention. 

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with OEM customers and key industry stakeholders. 

·       Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and revenue targets. 

·       Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base. 

·       Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies. 

·       Drive pricing, negotiation, and contract closure with OEM customers. 

·       Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation. 

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive improvements. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 

·       Minimum 10+ years of experience in OEM component sales with a solid understanding of the automotive or manufacturing domain. 

·       Proven experience in handling large OEM accounts and closing long-cycle deals. 

·       Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 

·       Willingness to travel as per business needs.
