Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Chennai. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, managing key accounts, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analysing sales data, setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch sales team
  • Drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Monitor branch performance and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the branch sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain service quality standards
  • Track branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales/branch management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to drive results under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
