Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy

  in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.

• Work closely with founders

  to translate vision into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes.

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle

  , from ideation to launch to iteration, across AI training modules, roleplay simulations, video evaluations, and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, AI) with a

  bias toward rapid experimentation and outcome delivery

• Build processes to ensure

  customer feedback, data, and metrics

  drive decision-making.
• Partner with GTM and customer success teams to ensure

  customer delight and revenue impact

  .
• Own OKRs across activation, retention, and monetization metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product experience

  , preferably in fast-scaling startups or tech-first companies.

• Hands-on product builder

  with strong first-principles thinking and user empathy.
• Proven track record of

  leading zero-to-one and one-to-N product journeys

  .
• Strong grasp of

  AI/ML technologies

  or demonstrated ability to work with technical teams in emerging tech spaces.
• Startup DNA: comfortable with chaos, loves solving problems, takes

  ownership end-to-end

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience building or scaling AI or EdTech/SalesTech platforms.
• Prior experience working in or alongside

  founders or CXOs
