About the Role

Claro Energy is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our pan-India Operations (Installations & Service operations). The individual shall lead operations across our solar irrigation and solar rooftop (residential and C&I) verticals.. As we enter a phase of hyper growth, this high stakes leadership role is critical to driving high-quality, timely installations and scaling Claro’s operations footprint across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the existing operations team and build on it to create capabilities to streamline decentralised solar operations at scale.
• Build and manage a pan-India network of installation & service partners and vendors with strict SLA adherence
• Create and optimize standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all execution stages
• Drive collaboration between sales, design, and customer support teams for seamless execution
• Ensure quality compliance, net metering readiness (for solar rooftop), and documentation for subsidy disbursals
• Oversee AMC and service operations for long-term customer success

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC, project execution, or distributed energy
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-location operations
• Strong understanding of solar design, electrical and civil site requirements, and net metering
• Experience with project management and CRM tools such as Zoho, Asana, or Salesforce
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred
