Business Development Head — Franchise

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential franchise partners through multiple offline and digital channels.
• Lead meetings and presentations to effectively pitch the franchise opportunity.
• Drive end-to-end lead management — from prospecting to agreement closure and onboarding.
• Scout and evaluate retail properties to ensure suitability for new franchise stores.
• Lead and supervise store fit-out processes to ensure timely completion and adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
• Assist in defining and executing the company's retail expansion roadmap via franchising.
• Maintain up-to-date reports on the franchise pipeline, partner communication, and store launch timelines.
• Foster long-term, professional relationships with franchise partners to ensure ongoing growth and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, legal, and marketing teams to enable smooth franchise setup.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum

  8+ years

  of experience in franchise development, business development, retail expansion, or real estate leasing.
• Demonstrated success in handling the full cycle of franchise acquisition and retail rollouts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of ownership, leadership, and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, partner meetings, and store supervision.
