Hardware Design Engineer

We’re Hiring: Electronics Hardware Engineer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 2–4 years | Full-time

At Fuselage Innovations, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer who thrives in building flight and robotic control systems.

If you’ve taken complete ownership of design with a strong foundation in designing complex PCBs (4+ layers, mastered high-speed interfaces, and have a knack for embedded systems and control logic — this one’s for you.

You will be in:

Designing and developing embedded hardware systems for UAVs and autonomous platforms.

End-to-end PCB design (schematic to bring-up) with a focus on signal integrity and timing analysis

Integrating sensors, actuators, and control logic into real-time systems

Collaborating closely with software, mechanical, and flight dynamics teams

Key skills we are looking:

* Experience designing and debugging high-speed, mixed-signal PCBs

* Deep knowledge of board bring-up and integration with embedded systems

* Ability to reverse engineer or refine existing hardware designs

* Strong collaboration with firmware and embedded software teams

* Enthusiasm for working on real-world challenges in UAV and defence domains

* Proficiency in designing for EMI/EMC compliance, protections, and environmental considerations.

Tools: Altium , KiCAD, Eagle, LTSpice/PSpice ,oscilloscopes, logic analyzers
