Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement

  Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)

  and

  BillingCenter (BC)

  solutions.
• Build and maintain

  web services

  , messaging, and

  integration points

  using Guidewire frameworks.
• Develop Gosu-based

  business rules, validations

  , and custom logic.
• Balance

  configuration vs customization

  for long-term maintainability.
• Implement

  DevOps practices

  including automated builds, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with

  QA, BA, Architecture, and Deployment teams

  for seamless delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performance development environment.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of

  hands-on experience

  with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Proven knowledge of

  web services, messaging

  , and

  integration within Guidewire

  .
• 2+ years of experience in

  GOSU development

  .
• Understanding of

  configuration vs customization

  trade-offs.
• Familiarity with

  DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

  for Guidewire applications.
• Strong collaboration and

  communication skills (English B2–C1)

  .
• Self-driven, analytical, and able to

  lead and mentor

  others.
• Open to

  relocating to Sweden

  after 6 months.

Nice to Have

• Guidewire certification

  in PC and/or BC.
• Exposure to

  ClaimCenter

  and cross-module dependencies.
• Knowledge of

  ACE patterns

  and advanced configuration techniques.
• Experience with

  data migration and archival

  strategies.
• Solid

  Java development

  background.
