Responsibilities

• Recruitment

  : Identify, attract, interview, select, hire, and onboard new employees

• Employee relations

  : Maintain positive relationships with employees

• Performance management

  : Implement performance appraisals and manage employee performance

• Training and development

  : Provide training and development opportunities for employees

• Compensation and benefits

  : Manage employee compensation and benefits

• Compliance

  : Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

• Policies

  : Update workplace policies and advise on the development of effective employment policies

• Conflict resolution

  : Handle employee conflicts, disciplinary matters, and grievances

• Social events

  : Organize social events for employees

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build & effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
