We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience in web design, demonstrating proficiency in visual design, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and responsive web principles.

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with our development and marketing teams to deliver engaging digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop and implement intuitive UI/UX design strategies.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsive design.
• Ensure design consistency and maintain brand guidelines across all digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure cohesive final products.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct user testing to identify design improvements and enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional web design experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Expertise with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating proven experience in creating engaging web designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Understanding of frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
