Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals and intuitive digital experiences across our website, product interfaces, marketing campaigns, and client projects. Key Responsibilities: Design UI/UX layouts for websites, web apps, and mobile applications using modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) Create visual assets including banners, social media creatives, infographics, and email templates Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to improve usability and functionality Ensure brand consistency across all designs Optimize designs based on user feedback and data analytics Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic and UI/UX design Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI/UX design work Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge preferred) Excellent communication and time management skills Preferred Skills: Experience designing for eCommerce platforms or SaaS products Animation/motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar tools) Understanding of conversion-focused design and A/B testing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ashok Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Graphic Designing: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Show more Show less
