Job Summary:

Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Ads Expert

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Google Ads & Social Media Ads Management:

  • Plan, create, and optimize

    Google Ads campaigns

    (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Set up and manage

    Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads

    campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct

    keyword research and audience targeting

    to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor

    ad performance metrics

    , adjust bids, and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Implement

    A/B testing

    for ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
  • Utilize

    remarketing strategies

    to re-engage potential customers.

 

2. SEO Strategy & Implementation:

  • Perform comprehensive

    on-page and off-page SEO

    to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    and implement

    SEO best practices

    across website content.
  • Optimize

    website structure, meta tags, headings, alt texts, and content

    for search engines.
  • Build

    high-quality backlinks

    and execute

    effective link-building strategies

    .
  • Conduct

    technical SEO audits

    and resolve issues like site speed, duplicate content, and broken links.
  • Optimize

    Google My Business (GMB)

    for local SEO.

 

3. Social Media Advertising & Strategy:

  • Create and manage

    Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads

    for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Develop

    custom audience targeting strategies

    to maximize ad performance.
  • Monitor engagement, optimize ad creatives, and adjust ad placements for better results.
  • Use

    Facebook Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag

    for tracking and retargeting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop

    engaging ad creatives and landing pages

    .

 

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager

    .
  • Provide

    detailed reports

    on SEO, PPC, and social media ad performance.
  • Implement

    conversion tracking and KPI measurement

    .
  • Suggest improvements based on

    data-driven insights

    .

 

5. Client Communication & Team Collaboration:

  • Regularly update clients on campaign progress and results.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to execute marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the

    latest SEO and paid advertising trends

    to refine marketing strategies.

 

Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

  • Google Ads Certification

    (Preferred).
  • Strong expertise in

    Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Proficiency in

    SEO tools

    like

    SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Ubersuggest

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager

    .
  • Ability to

    set up and optimize remarketing campaigns

    across platforms.
  • Familiarity with

    Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking

    .
  • Experience with

    HTML, CSS, and WordPress SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.)

    .
